Import Service Article ImageI was visiting a shop recently, and overheard a customer telling the counterperson about a problem she was having with her car. She related that her car was occasionally difficult to start. After patiently questioning the customer, it was determined that the engine cranked very slowly at times. She speculated, as customers love to do, that she had a bad battery.
