The 200SX is spewing black smoke. Billows of soot roll out the tailpipe, especially during hard acceleration or open throttle revs. The engine bogs badly in perfect concert with the appearance of the dark clouds. Then, just as quickly, the condition corrects itself and the car decides to let us work once more in a smoke-free environment.
