This eighth article on marketing is devoted to that most enticing of topics: the newsletter. The first time I saw a newsletter from another independent shop, I was wowed and jealous. It was four pages long, it was printed on quality stock, it had pictures, it had informative articles-it was beautiful. I remember thinking: “This is professional!
