It’s easy to just zonk out and walk through the job, paying it no more attention than you do a talking head, droning on the tube. That would be a mistake. This is the kind of car and the kind of customer that keeps the shop in business. However challenging a thorny diagnostic problem might be, however satisfying a really difficult or unusual no-start, it is the bread and butter work that distinguishes a business from a hobby.
