Perhaps it’s because I think with the wrong side of my brain, but when someone starts telling me about computer software that is “interactive,” my eyes start to glaze over. I’ve been using a PC since some time in the mid 1980s and I can honestly state that I’ve never had a computer game on any of the computers I’ve owned. About as interactive as I’ve ever gotten with a computer was to play some spirited games of solitaire. And that barely qualifies as interactive because the only thing the computer did was to deal me fresh cards when I asked for them.
